This invitation to apply to refinance is not a lending commitment, a pre-qualification or a pre-approval for any other WESTERN FINANCIAL products and services service.

 

This agreement if approved, modifies the Motor Vehicle Installment Contract dated between WESTERN FINANCIAL and Buyer whose
signatures appear below.
At the request of the Buyer, and with the consent of the Seller, (or holder, as the case may be), the parties agree to the
following changes to the contract: NEW PAYMENT SCHEDULE. This means a Deferment of past due payments to enable customer to bring account current. Deferment means the amount you are past due will be added to the end of the loan and interest charges will apply to this amount. 

 

THERE IS NO FEE FOR THIS PROGRAM

All other terms and conditions of the original contract should remain in effect. By his (or her, or their) signature(s) below,
Buyer(s) acknowledge receiving a copy of this agreement.
